If we did but know how little some enjoy of the great things that they possess, there would not be much to envy in the world.

The latest Gallup numbers, posted in an article by Jeffrey M. Jones shows a historic and fitting end to four long, miserable years of Democrat control in Congress:
Americans’ assessment of Congress has hit a new low, with 13% saying they approve of the way Congress is handling its job. The 83% disapproval rating is also the worst Gallup has measured in more than 30 years of tracking congressional job performance.
The Pelosi-Reid Congress managed to oversee an unemployment rate that more than doubled under their watch, from the 4.4% unemployment rate they were handed the month they took over, to the 9.8% unemployment rate where it stands today.
It’s quite an accomplishment, that historic 83% disapproval rating, and let me tell you, they earned every percentage point of it.
